Maybe we should refer to all the robbers as scumbags, no matter what they look like or where they come from

I don't ever recall Bulgarian, Hungarian, or any other Eastern European nation, sending their extremely skilled pickpockets over to rob pensioners on Bury market, but they may have done.

Live your life the best you can , without harm to man nor beast, look after one's processions the best you can,if you get robbed or pickpocketed that's bad news,but usualy it's because your off your guard,don't give them the opportunity,there's even spanish, british robbers and burgulars
But I'm sure I've met more nice people than I have bad people,
