Yea little yapping dogs make more noise than big ones,
Good on you for posting your side of the story,
If you spoken to them in the past , why not again and sort your differences out,
The council wouldn't give you permission to make noise after 11pm any day of the week,
Unless you a registered venue,
Neighbours in there 80s with neighbours in there? You don't say,
I presume 50s or younger if you still?working, yes some neighbours always moan , and some always antagonise them to moan ,
Thats why we have the police, if they tell you not to speak to him and you to him ,problem sorted
800m2 plot big enough to avoid each other,
