Sabadell is charging me 40 Euros / Quarter!
The thing is that I need a Spanish account for example to pay Hidraqua which accepts only Spanish
Banks working with la Caixa (their bank)..

Hi, I pay Hydraqua via direct debit using my Wise account

We also pay hydraqua d/debits through Wise & have done for about 18 months now,all our d/debits go through Wise,no problems & €160 saved with Sabadell. As Marcliff says, no need for aSpanish bank as a non resident.

Being non techie, how exactly do you redirect dds to Wise? Also are all DDs allowed? Think I read Suma needs a different approach to go through Wise..

I also pay my Suma through wise DDs.
I went into the SUMA office and they sorted it out.just gave them my wise account/IBAN.
I also registered for a digital ID, so I get email notification of all SUMA bills in advance.
They are very good

For most people with property in Quesada they have direct debits with Suma, Iberdrola, Hidraqua and maybe community administrators and an internet company. You should have no problem paying any of them with Wise. No need to be techie, just visit their local offices in person and tell them your new IBAN.

IBAN Discrimination is illegal under SEPA rules. Companies must accept the IBAN and it doesn't matter if it begins with GB IE FR LT or whatever.

Its the mountain of paperwork aswell,
I went into Iberdorla office to change bank A/c details,
They cancelled old contract ......sign here,
Printed new contract
Sign here.......
Come back in 2 days,
Activate new contract,
Check at bank make sure all is OK,
NOT everyone is a techie and can do online banking, change utilities, open utilities, they want NIE, Passport, or some form of ID to confirm its you, how can you do that over internet, with ease if you don't do tech,
Its time big companies banks etc recognised that, not everyone has a smart/ android phone, not everyone wants one, but are being controlled into having one to do simple daily tasks,
Big brother knows were you are and what you do via your smart, android, iphone etc,
Today's younger generations know no different than carry a iPhone etc, it's all leading to population control by big businesses,

My wife and I are non-residents. We've an account with Sabadell, which costs us c.60Euros a quarter.

Would Wise charge less, does anyone know please?

I'd not heard of Wise before. We use Halo for international transfers.

When I changed Bank details with Iberdrola I did it by email. They sent me a form to input the bank account details and my signature. I scanned it and sent it back to them. Job done. I just had to put the new bank details in the body of an email to Agamed and they updated their records without any form filling. I went in person to SUMA. Similarly emailed Community Administrator and Insurance Broker and they updated our details.
