Only 8 weeks to Christmas,iff you are thinking of losing a few pounds.Successful Slimming meets every Tuesday at 10am in Goyos in Quesada.There is no joining fee or charge for missed weeks,only €6 weekly.It is a very healthy food plan with great weight losses.
