What’s Going on in Dona Pepa

Just taken my dog out for a walk in Dona Pepa and saw a Guarda Civil and two local Police cars circulating very slowly independently of each other. Anyone know what may have happened.

Someone had run into a lamppost outside burgerking around 8.45am.
Or they looking for drink drivers.
