Are Aqua sending out emails about last bill is that paper bills got email today and wasn't sure I didn't cancel anything with them

We always receive ours on line as I signed up on line years ago. There was a notice in December to say as part of their sustainable campaign all bills would now be available to download from your Client area. You will have to create an account online with them if you haven't already.

Just to let u know Bee I eventually got the bank direct debits sorted what a pain, I'm going over Feb to close my account, am I suppose to give them notice or make appointment, Bankinter Thanks

I had made an appointment with Santander but when I got there they told me I had to go to the old Banco Popular branch round the corner as it was the original bank and branch where the account was set up. This was during Covid when we had to Q outside the door for everything and wait your turn. You shouldn't need an appointment nowadays. Just bring your passport for identification. Don't worry they will make up whatever charges are due to the minute and hand you back the balance of any cash in your account.
