There’s a lot for sale, it depends on your budget. You mention one level, does that mean for no steps at all, like for a wheelchair user? Most independent villas have some steps to go up, 2-3 to the front door entry. So it’s going to be very hard finding something without any steps at all. Quesada is built on hills, everywhere there’s hills and dales…
Really you need to give a budget..

One by me just come.on the market in dona pepa 2 min walk from coopers 117500

A few steps are ok and budget is around 90k

A place in the sun has a lot of 1 bath 2 bed apartments or bungalows for sale in Quesada around 80k.to 95k euros..
