Hi does anybody know how to pay your own rental taxes on your property?

I have filled out the 210 form in line and it’s still showing errors,
I’m filling out the 210 form online on the Suma website is this correct?
Any help appreciated please

A few questions first to clarify what you want. Are you a non-resident and is it just your annual non-resident tax you are paying or have you a rental property let to tenants? The Modelo 210 is on the tax website AEAT.es not on the SUMA website as that is only for collecting local rates/rubbish/water and car tax. Is it this form you are filling and what error messages are you getting? https://www2.agenciatributaria.gob.es/w ... /index.zul

Hi Bee, yes I’m a non resident with a property renting it to tenants ,
I was using the Suma website, that’s probably where I was going wrong,
I’d saved the links from a previous post you had replied to.
The errors were about the accrual date and the grouping, saying that it’s not open yet?

I was trying to pay the first quarter, instead of using the solicitor, to see if I could do it.

If I use the Aeat website can I fill the 210 form in online?
Then pay the tax owing online also ?
Thank you for your help

If you are set up for on-line access with a Digital Cert or Cl@ve then yes you can do it on line on the https://sede.agenciatributaria.gob.es/ yourself. Otherwise it's fill in the Modelo 210 pdf and lodge it at a Bank. One thing. Is your Solicitor registered as your tax agent as they usually lodge on-line. It might throw up a query when you access your file yourself. Don't let that put you off as you can register yourself on Modelo 030 once you are happy you are competent with the process yourself. There is a great site for helping with the taxes the Andalucia Forum. There is a long running thread with peoples queries and answers https://andalucia.com/forums/viewtopic. ... 10#p391492

It has over 90 pages so jump in anywhere on it.

This calendar from AEAT gives you the dates for submitting the various taxes. It says 3rd April the system opens for the 1st quarterly return and a chat line to answer queries.
