Hi does anyone know of the quickest route from Quesada to Bilboa (Brittany Ferries). I would be most grateful. Thank you

We don't mind paying tolls.

Go to the viamichelin website and enter your departure and arrival points on there. It will give you the quickest route, the cheapest route and so on. It also tells you how much it will cost and how long it should take. You can also print out the route map and use that.
However, it is quite easy with motorway virtually all the way. Quesada to Elche then turn off towards the Madrid signs. Albacete, Madrid, Burgos then a toll road (AP1) virtually all the way to Bilbao. That costs about 28 euros and the only other toll road is the ring road around Madrid which is (or used to be) 2.50.
With a couple of stops for a rest (we usually stop just past Madrid and then Burgos) and a cup of coffee etc, about 9 hours in total.
We once missed the Madrid ring road and went through the middle of Madrid. It wasn't too bad but about 3 motorways join into 1 giving you 9 lanes to try and get across. I would advise the ring road.
