You sure its premium rate?
Most start 902 which is a national rate number - same as other phone calls - whereas 907 is the premium number.
If its 900 its free & if its 901 its a shared cost - i.e. you pay half.
I use Linea Directa and all calls are 902, but they normally phone you back too.

Hi Martin
your right it is a national nr and not a premium rate nr but i wasnt able to get thru
i had to call the ins co who then had to call the breakdown and then they called me ( we managed in the end but its inconvenient if i breakdown out of office hrs)
ill maybe have to sort out my mob tariffs
