We are just going through this process ourselves.

You can either take a copy of your Padron, or deeds - either/or i'm afraid.


Our Notary emailed a copy of the house deeds to us when we completed our house purchase - you could check if you have them as an attachment on one of your emails from them.

Thanks Deb, managed to finally get our solicitor to pull her finger out and send us a copy!

I used a recent Padron when I bought mine
