For me, I would always use Opencar in Quesada at the Gas station. They are really personal with great service and new cars. Eduardo and his team have good prices which include full insurance and breakdown. No games, no crazy excesses or damage waiver. Just honest service and full cover. Peace of mind is worth a lot.
