We drove here in February, Bilbao to Dona Pepa. We used the car's satnav and stopped just twice, once to refuel and once for a quick comfort break. We were in our house in just over eight hours. The tolls, if I remember correctly, were about 30€, we were expecting them to be more!
As said, the motorways are a pleasant drive with little traffic unlike the UK motorways
