Had Firefly last year who were ok - flew to Alicante this year and used DoYouSpain to find a car...they gave me RecordGo who I hadnt heard of - when collecting the car they told me my excess insurance didnt appply as i was over 70 (71) and condition of drivers over 70 is that they have to take the full (Total Comfort) insurance through them. Or no car..... being late in the evening I took the car under protest (extra €202 ) but did find that condition in small print which I confess I hadnt bothered to read. However, this should have been UPFRONT on main booking page, not buried in small print. I wont use RecordGo again and DoYouSpain will be notified of this.

Forget gold car got hit by fuel bill to.. been with wheels in spain ever sin e so easy no hidden costs. Great service..

Deffo recommended Open Car .. by the Arches in Quesada and at airports .. good prices and straight forward hire

Wouldn't bother complainig to Do you Spain, they have never bothered to reply to any email I have sent when I've had problems.
