Driving on Footpaths

The old male driver of a white French registered Audi Plate number EK-706-LG has nearly hit me whilst I was walking the dog. This is not the first time and led me to writing this post.

He seems to use the footpath as a short cut from Avda. San Salvador to Avda Argentina at 9ish am and again at roughly 10.45 am only on Sundays though which makes me think he is in drop off and pick up duty.

Many people use the footpath to walk on(!) along with dog walkers and people in disabled carriages with their dogs too at the Avda Argentina end there is a children's playground but he has no regard for his actions.

So if you are a neighbour of this person please let him know and any suggestions as to what action to take if any I would be pleased to know as yet I have no photographic proof but will get one eventually.

Thanks

Not sure why your reporting this here if he nearly hit you it's a police matter.

Thank you for telling us about this. It's a good warning for those walking around there and no reason why you shouldn't post it on here . We are a friendly forum and most of us appreciate posts like these.

Obviously you will report it but there's no reason why you shouldn't post it on here as well and someone else on here may have seen it too.

Thank you
