Has anyone experienced dealing with Talleres Lemans in Murcia?

I'm interested in looking at some vehicles. Groupo Serna just ignore me, and I've heard on the grapevine that vehicles purchased in Murcia are often cheaper too.

If anyone HAS dealt with them...are they fluent in English, and were they reasonable to deal with?
