Thought let you everyone now when your car goes in the garage for damage repair,linea directa,tell you two different stories on getting your curtsey car.
They say that the car will delivered to your door,in fact you have to go Alicante Airport and pay money for the car hire instead of the car insurance paying for it and you get the money back when you have to take car back to the airport as you are the victim of car damage to your car.
Linea Directa does not say this in their policy when you have to get a curtsey car from them,next year l will looking for a better car insurance.
Motorists Beware.

Hmmm. Not my experience.

I went to one of their approved repairers at Torrevieja. Went pretty much like clockwork.

I turned up with car needing body repairs - left 30 mins later with courtesy car. Repair finished in 3 days. Sorted.

I found Linea Directa expensive - when you're looking to renew, I'd suggest getting a comparable quote from Liberty Seguros.
