I have been a resident now for 2yrs and with Brexit will need to change it soon. An agency says that it will exchange it for 100euros, i think that is very expensive as it it does not include medical or fees.
Do i need a medical, it does not expire until 2023? Can anyone help me to do it myself(translate the forms) or can advise a good agency to do a perfect job.

Yes you do need a medical plus an eye test and you have to do a reaction test a bit like a computer game.

€100 seems about par for the course.
