Perhaps it is not the actual driving but passing the written exam in Spanish..

I expect many Brits would fail on the roundabout section though.. :D

The theory can be taken in English

You can do the written exam in English but must do the driving test in spanish

Don't really understand what's being said in this post.Are you saying that only people holding a Spanish driving licence can drive in Spain. Or are you saying you need to hold a Spanish driving licence to drive for more than 6 months?

Holidaymakers are OK Jonnno, but if you are resident you need a EU / Spanish licence. That's not a new requirement. What's changed is that since Brexit you can no longer just exchange your UK licence.

And as for driving around the roundabouts. Get into the outside lane, stay there, doesn't matter where you're coming off.

Best (only) thing to do is to close your eyes and hope for the best.

You will not be allowed to take the Spanish test until the driving school instructor says you are ready to do it
