Urgent help needed for Car documents

I would appreciate any help please.
I have lost my original green and blue car documents
(Permiso de circulacion and the one the ITV put stickers on ) How do I obtain copies to enable me to ITV the car???

ITV doc can be renewed at station no problem but Permiso de circulation has to be reported stolen to police then renewed at traffico at Elche or Alicante
The staff at ITV centre will help you
