Having a husband of 6'7" meant that when we used to hire a car we had to greatly upgrade it - and it cost us a fortune!! Buying a car, for us, was the best option;)

Used Opencar for the last 4 or 5 years. Always been great but this year they added on IVA when we arrived & said it was no longer included in the price when you book online, just local taxes are included. The IVA bumped it up 60€. What are local taxes as they didn't seem to know themselves? Might look for a different company next time, have seen a few recommendations for Aeroautos.

Hi Guys, Over the last 10 years I have used just about every car hire firm here. They change constantly and the firm that was best last year is normally not the best this year. It pays to shop around. Its a juggling act as regards zero excess insurance/fuel policies etc. , but I have found that when going for short trips full/full is always the best policy.

Hello........

We use Coys based in Torrevieja http://www.coysrent-a-car.com

The price you see on screen is the price you pay - no hidden extras.

Very efficient too...can highly recommend them.

:D

Arrow in Quesada. No hidden extras you get car 3/4 full fuel and hand back with same.
We picked up in quesada and left at airport coming home.
We have booked again and they meet you at air port with the car.
The car had air con only small but we could have booked bigger but was ample for us two
And also when we took our friends out.
Car was very clean inside and out had a few dents and scratches but we didn't mind that
Just ask for Eddie right at too big the high street in Quesada.
