Can anyone help find email/address of CEO of Ford Espana?

Can anyone help me find the e-mail and/or postal address of Mark Fields. CEO/President and Jose Machado. Chairman, of Ford Espana.We are having major problems with our 18 month old car and are getting very little help from the dealership. Have spent hours on the computer trying to find this info but with no success.

Success. After yet another 3 hours we've found an email address!

What sort of problems have you been having with your Ford, bit worried as we are taking delivery of
a new one in the next few weeks from the dealer in Torrevieja

Auto gearbox needs a new clutch. Car was sent to Alicante 9 weeks ago but they still dont have the parts!!! NOT a good example of customer service. The garage in San Miguel are not the problem though.

Have experienced this problem on the power shift gearbox.
It seems some models have a vibration on take off.
Usually when the clutches are replaced it should cure the problem.
If not it will need a new gearbox.
Ford themselves are not the type of company to desert their customers

I admire your optimism. Apparently this is a known fault with the auto transmission (having spent days looking through "google". I have had NO response from any emails/phone calls, so dont agree with you regarding being deserted. Feel that I'm being fobbed of with a load of bull.

After 16 weeks and 3 days we finally have the car back.
Ford as a corporate company, are rubbish at customer care, choosing to ignore emails completely. The dealership have been more than generous and seem to have had little support from the big guns.
