Every year I get a SUMA car tax related document addressed to the previous owner of my property for the Spanish car they had and then sold prior to moving back to UK.

Should I do anything with this document? or can I just bin it ?

Grateful for any thoughts.

Hi are there any boxes to tick on the back of the envelope ie not known, not at this address?
If not write this on the front “ Desconocido en esta dirección“ and take it to Correos. That’s what I’ve done in the past with letters like that. Regards

I think I would pop into the Suma office with it and explain. They speak English at the Rojales one, otherwise you might get police or court papers delivered for them sometime in the future. You cannot be held liable of course, but it wouldn't be very pleasant, and a quick visit to the office would prevent that.
