So if it is reciprocal does that now mean you can change your UK licence for a Spanish one? I thought you had to take a rest.

Since the post-Brexit agreement was reached earlier in the year, yes. New residents have until 15 September to exchange or 6 months after they gain residency whichever is latest. After that point they can still exchange, but they can't drive on the UK licence. No test required.

How do you get a Spanish license to replace your English license and is there a charge ?
