Hi I am looking at booking the Valencia city tour when a couple of friends come over later in the year. Both Rosa tours and Daves coaches do the trip and I was looking for recommendations as to which one would be best to use
Thanks

Yes, pretty much the same, but I would choose Rosa tours over Dave's Coach trips....

I've done 2 trips in the last 9 months, one to Altea & Calpe and one to Murcia Christmas lights, both with Rosa tours and both were excellent. So much so that I'm in the process of booking a trip to the Jalon Valley in March to see the almond blossom. The guides were top class on both trips.

You may be too late in March to see the Almond Blossom we always went in February when we lived up there I would check on the valley tourist site

We did the David’s Valencia tour last year - the city is great, but the hotel Expo Hotel Valencia, is a good bit tired and basic.
And, unless you use the subway, a fair walk from the old town, albeit, the walk is though the riverbed parks and very pleasant.
We tend to use David’s and have had mixed hotel quality - the one in Granada was excellent, the one in Madrid was also poor.
We’ve not used Rosa’s, but in both cases it’s important to ask the name of your allocated and do your own research before committing. You could, of course, make your own arrangements and go through by train.
I should add we use David’s a lot for one-day excursions and they are excellent.

Rosa Tours advertise the tours only for February and March which they say is almond blossom season. I know March is quite late in the season but I'm not in Spain during Feb so I will have to gamble on the blossom still being around when I get back in March.
