Plus you won't know the exact time until the day before but usually about 9 am. It depends on how many pick up points they have and stops on the way. They will phone or email you the day before with the time. It's normally about 9.30 am from Quesada so work back from there.

Problem with Rosa's is you dont keep the seat you start with when you get on. Last time i went on a trip with them the courier didnt instruct people to keep the seat they start off with. Nearly resulted in violence after the first stop and then people moving to different seats. Even if people left bags on seats. Courier said nothing to do with her. Spoils the trip.

You were very unlucky as we have been on lots of trips and always had the same seat. I always leave a carrier bag with bottled water in or something similar on our seats. There must have been some 'not very nice' people on your coach if they moved people's belongings off their seat. I know that seats aren't allocated but it's just polite to stay in the same seat and saves all the faffing about when returning to the coach after breaks or sightseeing. The courier should know this and help the situation by saying please stay in the same seat so we can leave on time! Mind you we had a courier last time who was a bit of a 'wet-week' and did not sort out a problem we had in a restaurant when the included wine was only Red and we had to pay for the white! Included wine is included wine in my opinion whatever colour.

Another problem I had with them was I booked the trip over the phone and used a credit card. When we got on the coach they had no record, so embarrassing as I had relatives with me. Luckily I had enough cash with me to pay on the bus.
On investigation the office had forgotten to put the payment through as the account number wasnt correct as they had tried using my phone number.
