Does anyone have any information on salt lake tours in Torre.? Saw it in local papers earlier in the month but can't find the information online or in recent papers.

just put tourist train torrevieja salt flats into google search and there is a piece in Valencia Today about this.
apparently due to there being no toilet facilities at the train station and the usual red tape with the town hall not sorting out the refurb of the place where the talks/info was to be held ,it now looks as if it will be the end of the summer before anything is started.Big chance to pick up much needed tourism cash missed.

Many thanks for your info. Called into tourist office yesterday and they told us much the same story about not having a licence and no idea when it would start. Disappointing, as you say great opportunity missed to promote tourism.
