Pilates, Yoga and Meditation

A very common dream is one in which the person feels like they are falling. This may be your subconscious's way of telling you that things are getting way too out of control in your life.
If, like me, (whilst the new gym project was going flat out) falling is a recurring symbol in your dreams, it is probably a good indicator that you need to focus on anxiety-fighting activities in your day-to-day life, such as meditation, pilates or yoga.
Pilates Tuesdays 10.45, Thursdays 9.30 and Fridays 10.45 with Belinda, Kundalina Yoga on Wednesdays with Rianna. Learn to relax yourself and sleep better. Please book your places for the Yoga at 11.45 as places are limited to 12 per class to ensure the right ambience.
