Karate Club - Quesada Gym

My sons have just started going to the Karate class at Quesada Gym (by Quesada Country Club) and it's great. The class is on a Thursday between 7 - 8 pm and is led by a very experienced instructor.
There are mixed ages, and genders and it is brilliant. They focus on fitness and defence, and belt exams can be taken if you want to progress.
The cost is €5 but the first 2 weeks are free!! so you can see if it suits you.
So if you feel like trying something new just come along.
