Self defence for all ages & fitness levels, no high kicks or 1000 press ups or cardio fitness required.

At the moment, at my private gym in my house / the basement - as the dojo in quesada unfortunately has recently closed down, which is where I had been teaching up until a few weeks ago. Between formentera / almoradi - 10 mins from Quesada.
I'm doing a few private lessons, both at people's houses, in my gym and also have a couple of advanced students on a Saturday morning 11 am.

Hi private class is €10 per hour (can be a little longer) or €5 on a Saturday morning 11am, with other students.
