Hi, we are semi retiring to Quesada in April. I'm vegan and interested in any vegan restaurants please. Also does anyone run a vegan cookery class/how to grow veg class as id like to grow my own veg and improve my cooking skills.
Thank you.

Hi
La Brisa restaurant in Quesada isn't vegan but they do a very nice vegan chilli made with soya mince.

YouTube for cookery lessons I would think as I wouldn't think there's a lot of call for it here, the same for restaurants that deal solely for vegans

Really? I thought when this subject came up before people gave quite a few restaurants with vegan options.
Like all the Indian ones for a start, Stan & Ollies, Da Silva's, Antica Italia, The Yoku Japanese (if it's still there), La Luna, La Cosecha, El Resspiro, The Banana Tree, El Gusto, Budapest, Let's Eat to name but a few and the La Laguna hotel.
There was a big list posted and others added to it as we went along. These all had vegan options and not just vegetarian options.

Seems like you may be spoiled for choice.

Hi

Just to say my favourite vegetarian restaurant is Beet in Torrevieja and they have lots of vegan options and the advantage that they don't prepare meat on the premises.

Also if it is still there there is a very small vegan cafe type restaurant in Guardarmar that only opens on Friday, Saturday, Sunday. I can't remember its name but I think I found it on Happy Cow.

If you want to go further afield there is a nice one in Alicante but you have to book.

There is a fantastic new vegan restaurant in Torrevieja behind the Pallisades, we took my son & his wife there a few months ago who are both vegans & they said it was the best vegan meal they have ever had.
