Anyone know if there are any organised jogging sessions for beginners in or around the Quesada area
Looking for something like the Park Runs or C25K currently very popular in the UK
Cheers

It depends on how old you are. It can cause problems for your knees if you are in the twilight of your youth. The hard pounding on concrete won't do them any good, that`s why it's advised to use a running machine at a gym. If that still causes problems, you can do a fast walk set on incline if you so wish.
But a lot of people find this boring and would rather jog outside in the fresh air.

Jogging on grass reduces the impact to knees etc.

Not much grass here I`m afraid, and there`s always a chance that you could twist your ankle. Much better on a flat service.
