The town hall have organised a day rafting on the Rio Segura for adults and children alike.

I assume everything is provided - they mention qualified monitors and wouldn't expect everyone to have life jackets etc.
But suggest you ask them

We did rafting last year and company we went with supplied life jacket and helmets - good day out
