Ciudad Quesada map (Description updated 2017)
To help anyone who is not familiar with Ciudad Quesada or needs to get their bearings of the area, I have written a description of this map (Click on the map to enlarge it - We updated the resolution in May 2014, so it should be clearer to read now):
Towards the top, on the far left is a big roundabout and a little roundabout leads off it (with lots of blue circles near it) and that is the entrance to the arches (Los Arcos) and Quesada High Street where there are lots of shops, bars, restaurants and a Gama supermarket.
Article continues below
The road that the roundabout is on (a plain yellow road), going downwards, is the road to Torrevieja. The next roundabout down on that road is by the Consum Supermarket area of Dona Pepa - which has bars/restaurants & shops and of course the big Consum Supermarket.
Going further down that road, at the next roundabout, the road at the very bottom of the map going all the way along is locally called the 'Lemon Tree Road' and leads to the beaches (10 minutes to Guardamar beach and a few minutes more to lots of other beaches) and the coastal road to Alicante airport.
Partway down that road which runs horizontally at the bottom of the map you will see an H for hotel - This is the entrance (a big unmissable 'posh' roundabout is here now but is not shown on this map as it is relatively newly built) to the Hotel Laguna area of Dona Pepa (Dona Pepa I) which has bars & restaurants & shops too but no supermarket.
Going straight up the road that the hotel is on, past a couple of big roundabouts you will come to the Gama Supermarket area of Dona Pepa II on Avda. Antonio Quesada, where again you will find bars / restaurants & a Gama Jumerca supermarket. Further up the map from there is the Chaplins bar area (far end of Las Naciones road) with bars, cafes, restaurants - Then onwards from there is the Quesada Country Club bar & restaurant (QCC) area, with The Club bar & restaurant on Calle Abedul and bowls area and further up from there is the Canales Supermarket area near the top of Quesada on Av.de la Costa Azul with the bars and restaurants in that area and finally at the top is Harry's Bar on Avd. Costa Azul. Not far from there too is the Golf Course area on Avda. Justo Quesada, which has loads of bars/restaurants/cafes & also a big Supervalu supermarket. Further up from the golf course area (La Marquesa Golf Course) but not shown on this map, is Rojales a typically Spanish town. Ciudad Quesada actually evolved as a suburb of the town of Rojales.
Most if not all bars and restaurants in Quesada are shown here:

Local street maps of Quesada & Rojales
Here are some local street maps of Quesada & Rojales. We thought it might be helpful to put them on this forum for a quick handy reference to where roads and places are.
There are four maps below - Click on the part of the map you need until it enlarges enough to read. When you want to get back to this page again just click on the back arrow on your browser:
