Guess I should say at the top of this that I have no direct association with this company.
But if you are looking for something different to the usual Estate Agent with some added value then look no further than PM Properties.
They are a family run business, not just an estate agent but offer a Will writing service and property management looking after our homes when we are not in Spain.
Really friendly service
Well worth checking out PM Properties - Specialists in Property Sales, Rentals and Maintenance
