What is Quesada like in October?
What is Quesada like in October?
by LambertFamily » Tue Oct 28, 2014 1:21 pm
Hello, I am new to the forum and was hoping that you may be able to help. We have been to Quesada for the last 7 years in July and August and we are looking to come back next year in October. Can anyone tell me if October is normally warm enough for the kids to play in an unheated pool and are the restaurants and shops along the main road still open. Many thanks

Hi there, we have just come back from Quesada the weather was at least,28 - 30 everyday. We went in the pool everyday, although the pool was very cold took a min or so to take the plunge, once in was lovely, getting
Out, was not cold, we stayed round the pool and also went to the beach, we didn't have any children, but I am sure once in the pool they would love it.
Most, well all as far as we could see was open on the main street only seems to be
The water parks closed. We had a great time and will go back next year, hope you have a lovely time

To be honest October can be fab but you can not guarantee it two years ago it was quite cool so be prepared! I am sure you would enjoy yourselves if you like the area anyway, all the shops are open year round in Quesada but some restaurants can close but still plenty to go at.

This year has been quite exceptional. People in the pools in October is a rarity but, up until yesterdsy, there were still people in. Normally mid September is the cut off. Even the rain, apart from an odd day, has mainly stayed off despite a couple of spectacular lightning displays. I wouldn't really bank on October as being suitable for unheated pool holiday but, as said, this year has been the exception.

hi
i have been out here in october, november and december. all times are quite plesant and warm in the sun, bit chilly in the evenings though so bring a cardigan etc, as for the pools, i would imagine they would be pretty cold but as someone said once yer in yer in, providing you have thick skin.
most all shops/resturants are open year round.
