Air Conditioning suppliers in Torrevieja

I had great difficulty in finding an air conditioning installer that has an office, as not interested in any cowboys.
I searched and found Climatop in Torrevieja.
Detailed emails were promptly answered. Prices were very very good. I ordered a near match for my existing Samsung A/C unit.
The installation was very high quality including the outside and inside white plastic trunking. Silicon sealant was used correctly.
The Staff were very polite speaking in Spanish and English. They tidied up and swept up all the dust and brick work debris all the time.
Thoroughly recommended.
Their office is " past Lidl, over the bridge, then on the roundabout, first right; past Easy Cover and five shops from that in side street". They have lots of phone numbers to ring if someone is at lunch.
I have no connection with that business or people.

I am sure Steve Birkett (Air Conditioning & Electrical Solutions) WOULD NOT be happy to be classed as a Cowboy just because he does not have a fancy office. He is fully qualified to operate in Spain, a resident and he advertises on this site. Over a long period he has been recommended by numerous subscribers to this forum, including myself.
He is professional, fair prices gives an honest assessment of the options.
Yes, there are many ‘cowboys’around but please do not paint all the genuine tradesmen who do not have fancy offices with the same brush. Check out the many honest, hard working tradesmen who receive many genuine recommendations on this forum.

A lot of English aircon people now are illegal apparently. Before Brexit the English City and guilds was acceptable but now it's not. Apparently they have to get the EU certificate and a lot are still working without itThat's what I was told last week from a builder. Something along those lines.

Agreed I have recently had Steve install air conditioning at my property and had a long discussion with him about the qualification that he gained in the last couple of years, he is far from a "cowboy". Myself personally did not need to visit a shop to find details, Steve gave me a number of options and prices to allow me to make my own decision but gave me his time and was patient in explaining and answering questions that I had. He is fully registered with the Industry in Alicante which as someone noted above hardly any English are and if I recall what Steve had said there were only a couple of English that were him being one of them! You would have to go a long way to find someone as good, professional and reliable as Steve!
