OK, shame, but thanks for the information. What additional customs charges have you incurred this year?

I ordered from Belle Lingerie and was surprised to receive the parcel in 6 days with no additional cost.

OK thanks I'll mention that too, but I think she specifically wants Bravissimo for whatever reason. Maybe she will have to risk a one-off test order and see what happens.

Bravissimo reply via Messenger that they have no sellers in Spain: "I am very sorry but we don't sell our products to any retails abroad as we are only a small company but we do have lots of customers internationally who order from us and we do send to Spain. I do completely understand regarding customs charges, unfortunately we don't know how much this would be due to each country is different and charge difference prices I'm afraid."
