Buttermilk

Does anyone know where I can possibly purchase buttermilk, I have tried gama, mercadona but no joy

You can make your own by adding lemon juice or vinegar to the milk. Google it and it will tell you the ratio of milk to lemon juice/vinegar.

Nearly every supermarket I have been in sell Buttermilk look for
suero de la leche

i have today tried carrefour, consum,mercadona, gama and none of them sell buttermilk

when we asked for suero de la leche in these supermarkets they all looked puzzled

i will try aldi and johnsons tomorrow and if no joy will make my own

It is on the top shelf in Carrefour also El Campo sell it

What shelf jpeg there’s a lot of shelves in there I’ll end up with stiff neck

The dutch supermarket, Diferente, in Benimar definitely sell it.
