I have one that I bought just one year old cost me €80 and retrieved from my retired Focus.
We only do mainly grocery shop etc 5,000km per year so little used and is as new.
You can have for €40 and that is cheap.

My garage says they are cheap for a reason. They are pretty useless and don't last. Cheap is not always the best policy if you want something reliable which will last. And have you ever tried exchanging something at Carrefour.. not easy!

I took mine back after 12 months and got a refund no problems.

Your garage are telling porkies never ever had a problem with returns to Carrefour It is all to do with attitude and I have bought quite a few car batteries from Carrefour they stock Varta which is one of the largest battery manufacturers in the world
