Try mixing curry powder with a cheap ketchup and warming it in a microwave. Works for us

Just out of curiosity. To what foods would you use it for? I never heard of it. (Not English) I assume it is eaten warm as it was suggested to microwave it.

Well I am English but I have never heard of it before either. I would assume as it is ketchup you would eat it cold and use it for dipping chips etc. To me it sounds gross, sorry

It's like ketchup and great on sausages etc. A German thing that comes in mild, medium and hot though not of them are really hot. A really good alternative to bbq sauce.
Currywurst is very popular, a bratwurst sausage with curry sauce over it.
