Door intercom system

We have a door intercom system which has a phone receiver with mini screen to show who's outside. Also a buzzer which opens the door.
However, it looks like it was fitted in the 1980's with the screen not clear.... Presumably it's "had it"

Has anyone had a company or know of someone that supplies and fits these please.
