I do not know how big your house is but it sounds like a big job to replace all your switches.
If you are handy with a can of spray paint you could remove the parts and spray them white.
I have used spray paint to paint various covers on electrical junction boxes and the electrical CB box.

Tried the CEF store in torrevieja but the guy wasn't very helpful or interested. Maybe they just like dealing with the trade. Anyhow, ended up getting whole new switches from Leroy. Cheap enough and working my way through replacing the sockets and switches.

My hubby just bought in B&Q a socket with a switch. We had hoped when our new kitchen was fitted end Oct that the cooker would have been on a separate switch so that it could be switched off and not have to turn all the electrics off. That didn't happen. Would this one work out there, personally I don't think so, but I know nothing about electrics. Just wondering.

You can buy the proper socket in Spain also the Over will most likely be plugged into a socket behind with a large 3 pin plug
Not possible to say if what you have bought in B& Q will work as there is no photo but I very much doubt it as the wiring is not the same . .
