Garden soil/ compost large amount where to buy?

Hello,

I was wondering if you need about 1000 liters of soil / compost, do you buy it at the garden centers? Many 70 liter bags. Or can you buy it elsewhere, which is technically more affordable? Anyone a tip or idea? I also need tree bark.

is my weight or volume large enough to decrease there? I don't need as much as you got there.
