Health food and supplement specialist recommendation please

Hi all,

I would like a recommendation for a well stocked and reasonably priced health food shop locally (if such a thing exists).

I am specifically interested in Ashwaghanda if anyone has specific experience of purchasing this either in capsule or powder form.

My wife comes out today so we will take a trip to Holland and Barrett in the Torrevieja Habaneras as you suggest, that is a good idea.

Yes, a red day - will prob go on Saturday

Carrefour was heaving and the underground car park was chokka at Haberneras so seems like they are open
