Maybe the markets, I've seen lots of honey on the herb stalls and would imagine it's local?

There is a honey shop / supplier in Formentera del Segura called MIEL FERRÁNDIZ S.A. It's on the left on the main road as you leave Formentera in the direction of Almoradí, a bit further on than the Buenos Aires steak restaurant. It's open weekdays and closes for siesta.

Local Benijofar honey. This is a card with the producer's details. I came across them selling at the Christmas Benijofar market. Lovely honey, different kinds ( eg orange blossum, Lavender etc)You could WhatsApp them for more details.

There's a stall open the sea market on the Avenida Carvantes in Guadamar last night tonight, but there was a stall there selling home produced honey , they were selling the honeycombe as well in small plastic containers and she had a box with her bees in there, and also home made honey based liquor's, this not the hut market but in the road opposite and they give samples before you buy.

Just for anyone interested in obtaining local honey as per discussion above, the Benijofar honey producer has a stall at this weekend's Christmas Market in the park in Benijofar. The market is on tomorrow ( Sunday 17th) all day.
