Home insurance or recommend any one as I think

If you're happy with the company, negotiate, more often than not they'll lower it.

I've got mine through SGM Abogados in Benijófar. Best cover for the price I found.

We have recently changed to Rightmove in Quesada by the Arches. Very friendly and good prices. They also have English speaking staff which I require.
