IKEA pick up

Has anyone ever ordered stuff online from IKEA and had it sent locally? I’m looking to order delivery from Murcia thinking that pick up is in Habaneras but it’s giving a pick up of ‘Calle Vigo’ which is near JYSK in Quesada?!

Bit baffled s as to wether this is a mistake on their website or a genuine location

No genuine address, big thread on this the other day.

The collection point is the old Preyser site near Lizeran by Consum. Go past Spanglish Bar couple of hundred yards up from there on the corner you will find it.

Yea I looked on Google maps and it came up near the old petrol garage by Sofaland

I’ve just posted about this on another thread. I went into Habineras about ordering a rug last week and because it’s classed as a big item ! It’s 29 euros delivery to the pick up point or your home ! So far I’ve not bothered for one item but if your ordering a few things it’s not so bad.

Isn’t that just a Self Storage place? I drove by earlier, after reading this and there’s no signage or anything to suggest an IKEA operation. In fact, the shutters are down.

It does both. Storage and collection. My friend had an Ikea mattress delivered there. Not sure how it works exactly maybe you are given a code to gain entry, or a time slot for collection.

I have no intention of using this myself, but saw a couple of threads on this forum about this and thought it would be useful for people that may want to use it. I also said on another post (same subject) that I wasn't sure if this service was still available.

I can understand IKEA or anyone else not wanting to advertise where things are being stored. Only need to know when ordering surely.

Have you tried ordering from IKEA Glassfull to see if it comes up as a delivery option.

€9 delivery for my items but started at €8

Went today to pick up our order, little poster on side window tells you to go into pet shop around the corner - they have access and release your order. But saying that my order was 16 boxes but only 12 were there so on advice of the man we declined taking the order and need to contract ikea. Cost if delivery was 9 euro.

The delivery prices seem to vary a lot
