Party poppers and gingerbread man biscuit cutters

Hi there - I want to buy a fairly large amount of party poppers for a "do" this Saturday but the small boxes from the Xmas shop work out expensive. Does anyone know anywhere which sells the large bags of them?
Also, I am looking to buy some gingerbread man biscuit cutters, any ideas where I can purchase these from?
