Pool cover retaining 'springs'!

Hi Folks,
Can anyone help with with the above (pic attached). I had them adjustable before, whereby you buy the clips and adjust/trim to fit, returned to the Ferreteria in Dolores but they no longer supply them! I've tried Ecocity and the Pool shop which are on the Torrre rd, they do them but they aren't adjustable and the length I need isn't standard! It's mainly the plastic end fittings I need than I can by my own 'bungee cords', and adjust accordingly!
Any advice gratefully received, with any may details/sat. nav. map references would also be helpful!

The ones shown are available at home and garden by Hyperbar supermarket along the Crevillente Rd but it's the whole thing about 1.50 euro each

Thanks but I don't recognise the name Hyperbar supermarket, tried to google it, can't open page! Is the Crevillente rd, what I. probably wrongly, call the Torre Rd? If it is then that's a start, still don't know where the Garden ctr is tho? It's the top plastic fittings that I really need/want!
